WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Ellies Jewelry, but if for any reason you need to initiate a return, we will accept your return within 15 days of arrival. Merchandise should be unworn and in the same condition as when it was received. 

Please allow 7-10 business days (excluding major US Holidays) for returns to be processed once they have arrived at our location. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Custom orders are not eligible for a return. Polishing cloths, gift cards, sale pieces, are final sale.

If you are returning part of a layering set, you will only be able to exchange that item for a new item. If you would like a refund to your original payment method, all items in a layering set will need to be returned together.

Not Real Gold but Gold Filled items are perfect if you are looking for a material that is higher quality than gold plated but an affordable alternative to solid gold.Gold filled can last a lifetime if taken care of properly. It is also tarnish free under normal conditions. Safe for sensitive skin and hypoallergenic. Good for every day wear. Light weight for comfortability.
